Returns and Refunds

We accept returns on well packed, undamaged art within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Returns Policy.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus any shipping charges.

Full refunds are available if the customer does not agree to the shipping quote within 5 business days of purchase

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process for some prints only. Original art packing and shipping costs are calculated after the art is purchased in a follow up email transaction. The shipping will be calculated at the post office and the customer will be notified via email of the cost within 3 days of purchase. Once the customer pays the shipping invoice, and the funds are received by the seller, the purchased art will be shipped to the buyer. 

We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or customs delays.
