The items portrayed throughout this catalog are shown approximately actual size.  All the leather work, stitching, cutting and necklace and earring assembly is done by Cleo herself and her assistant, Thu. Everything is hand made. As a result, jewelry sizes, shapes and findings will vary from piece to piece. 

To order jewelry, please compile a list of the item #, colors, and any custom details to send an email to cleowolfus@hotmail.com.  Please include your contact information including: your name, phone number, and shipping address.  I will then make an invoice for you and email it to you .

Pricing-  Tax is not included. A minimum purchase of $200 is required for wholesale orders. Please call 206 617-0124 or email cleowolfus@hotmail.com for wholesale pricing.

Shipping-  Please  allow us the time it takes to do our best work for you. We can ship items we have in stock A.S.A.P., although most items will likely have to be made to order. Depending on what items you’ve ordered, receiving your shipment can take anywhere between 4-8 weeks. The shipping charges will be added to your invoice.  Please specify what shipping method you would like us to use. We ship anywhere within the continental United States.

Quality-  Cleo Wolfus Designs guarantees the quality and authenticity of its semi-precious stones, silver, beads and leather.  Almost all of our clasps, chain, findings and earring components are sterling silver. The silver work is imported by a company who is committed to paying a living wage to its silversmiths. My older leather jewelry designs have un-annealed silver clasps which look more tribal than my current shiny sterling silver clasps. Our golden jewelry is either gold-plated (14 kt gold on brass) or Vermeil (sterling silver plated with 98.5% pure gold, 40 micro inches thick).  We can make many of the clasps and chains in this catalog in solid 18 kt. or 22 kt. gold by special request. I never use fake turquoise or cheap materials.  Stone availability varies unpredictably due to market forces beyond our control. Please specify whether or not you can accept substitutions.  Each piece is an original. If you have your heart set on something you’ve seen here and want it exactly as you saw it, be sure and let us know. We will be happy to track down that piece or make another one if you are willing to wait for us to get the parts!

Care-  Do not get leatherwork wet. Tarnished silver parts can be cleaned with a silver polishing cloth.

Return Policy-  Items may be returned for merchandise credit only within ten days of receipt.  Merchandise must be in original condition and packaged properly. No refunds. Cleo Wolfus Designs is not responsible for postage on returned items.

Repair-  In the unfortunate occasion that jewelry you bought from me gets damaged within six months of purchase, I’ll most likely mend it for you at no charge except the cost of shipping.  If it’s longer than six months, I’ll still fix it, but at a minimum charge, plus shipping.
